September 2016 Events - UPDATE - ABC Happy Hour

Our September ABC Happy Hour event date has been changed! The happy hour will now be on Thursday, September 8th. Time and place are the same (5:30pm at The Gin Mill). 

The event was originally on September 1st, but the Carolina Panthers have a home game that night. Traffic will be terrible and the cost of parking in the area will be high, so we decided to reschedule for the 8th. Hope to see you all soon!! :-)

Event Cancellation

We have decided to cancel our August 13th Roller Derby event due to low attendance, sorry ladies! Please feel free to go to the derby, but it will no longer be an SK alum event. 

August Events Update - Happy Hour

We've changed the time of our ABC Happy Hour to better accommodate schedules. It's still tomorrow (Tuesday, August 2nd), but we're now meeting at 6pm. The event is still at Fox & Hound near the Pineville/Charlotte border. Their specials are select draft beers for $2 and some $5 food specials. Here's the exact address:

Officer Conference Call on Monday, July 18th

One week from today is our Charlotte Alum Officers conference call. The call is on Monday, July 18th at 9pm EST. This is a mandatory call as we have several important topics that need to be discussed. Today's the Alzhimer's Association's Longest Day!

Happy Monday!

Not only is today the longest day of the year, but it's also the Alzheimer's Association's Longest Day! The Charlotte Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Kappa is working to raise $1,600 today for Alzheimer's research. Please use the below link to donate. As of right now we've only at $55, so any donation (large or small) will help us get to our goal!!!
